The Benefits of Rebounding

This is what an outdoor rebounding class looks like...our classes are indoor, on Mondays from 10 - 10:30 am.

Why Rebounding?
  • has a great effect on the lymphatic system
  • low impact
  • affects every joint and cell in the body equally
  • great cardio addition to mat and reformer classes
...and you can't do it with out smiling!  It's FUN!
